Project:

Design, build and manage PSA Group’s first multi-brand loyalty programme for trade partners of the Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Eurorepar and Distrigo brands.

CORTEX Solution:

Welcome to Perks. An industry first for the UK automotive industry, a programme that rewards any signed-up trade customer every time they buy from a range of multi-brand parts and accessories at any time of the year. Targeting individuals on buying patterns, status, relationship engagement and marcomms interaction.

A full Cortex Loyalty installation. Employing the data importing, aggregation and a single customer view database construction through Cortex Synapse. Installation of the advanced customer segmentation tools to enable RFM analysis and full campaign automation package to power outbound multi-channel communications with creative incentive, gamification and full agency management underpinning the programme.
